Before you come
What to wear and bring
About an hour, with Lien. A few small things make it easier.
Wear what you can move in
A top you can lift your arms in, and something that lets Lien see how your shoulders and neck move. You stay clothed, and a towel or gown is there if you need one.
Bring a few things
Your plan card, a photo ID, a list of the medicines you take, and any notes from your doctor or dentist.
Come with questions
About the care, the risks and the cost. Sherry and Lien would rather answer them before you start.
Day one
What is decided, and what is not
Decided on day one
What Lien finds, in plain words.
A working picture of what is going on
What you will do first, and what to ease off
Whether you should see a doctor too
Not decided on day one
Things that depend on how you respond.
How many visits you will need
Whether dry needling is part of your plan
Anything you are unsure about
Questions about a first visit
Do I need to fill in forms?
Yes, a short intake on our patient portal before you come. Please do not send health details in a website message.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. A family member or friend is welcome in the room, or in the waiting area if you prefer.
Can I ask Lien to stop?
At any point. Tell her to slow down, change what she is doing or stop. That is not rude, it is how she knows what to do.
Ready to book?
Choose a time online, or call and talk to Sherry first.
